ORLANDO, Fla. – After signing a Generation adidas contract on Jan. 8 to forgo his senior year, UCF junior forward Romario Williams is set to find out which club will select him in the 2015 MLS SuperDraft on Thursday. The first two rounds of the draft begin at 12:30 p.m. in Philadelphia, Pa.
Williams tallied 18 goals including seven this past season, where he led The American with an average of 4.12 shots per game. The 2014 MAC Hermann Trophy watch list honoree saw his best season as a sophomore, registering 10 goals to lead the league and was tabbed as The American Player of the Year.
